Liderazgo transformacional y motivación laboral del personal médico en un hospital del MINSA Lima-2019

En él presente estudio el objetivo es establecer el enlace que existe entre el liderazgo
transformacional y la motivación laboral de los médicos del hospital de Huaycán, las
dimensiones de la investigación se basaron en la teoría de liderazgo transformacional
de Bass – Avolio y la teoría de motivación laboral de Chiavenato. La metodología
utilizada utilizada fue una investigación tipo básica, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño
no experimental de tipo transversal y de alcance descriptivo correlacional.
La población esta compuesta por 50 médicos que laboran en el hospital, la muestra
se aplicó la totalidad de la población, el muestreo fue de tipo probabilístico por
conveniencia. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos instrumentos para medir
las variables a través de la encuesta y el cuestionario, que fueron validados por un
juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad fue el Alfa de Cronbach. De acuerdo a los resultados
del análisis de liderazgo transformacional, concluyendo que presenta un nivel bueno
de 51.52% y una motivación laboral de 57.58% predominando un nivel regular y en la
relación de liderazgo transformacional y la motivación laboral nos indica que existe
una relación directa con un 33,33% puesto que cuando una variable aumenta la otra
también lo hace y viceversa, encontrando finalmente la relación entre sí con un
coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Sperman de r: 0,412 y p: 0.017 este grado de
correlación indica que la relación entre las variables es positiva y tiene un nivel de
correlación moderada.
