La presente investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo general para determinar
cómo se relacionan las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación con la
percepción de la satisfacción de los usuarios internos del Hospital Nacional Dos de
Mayo, año 2016. Se planteó el problema general con la siguiente interrogante:
¿Qué relación existe entre las tecnologías de la información y comunicación y la
satisfacción percibida por los usuarios internos del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo,
año 2016?
El método utilizado en esta investigación hipotético deductivo. El diseño fue
no experimental, transversal de tipo descriptivo-correlacional. El tamaño de la
muestra de estudio coincidió con el total de la población y ascendió a 30
trabajadores; la información fue recopilada en un período de tiempo específico,
desarrollado en el momento de aplicación de los instrumentos. Los instrumentos
que se aplicaron, fue de dos cuestionarios en escala de Likert, el cuestionario para
la variable Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación de 16 ítems, dividido en
las dimensiones: Sistemas de Información, Redes y Conectividad y Parque
Informático; y el cuestionario para la variable Satisfacción percibida por el usuario
interno que constó de 17 ítems, dividido en las dimensiones: Infraestructura,
Supervisión y Control y Capacitación; ambos instrumentos elaborados por el
investigador.
Durante el procesamiento estadístico, se llegó a la siguiente conclusión:
existe relación entre los instrumentos de tecnologías de la información y
comunicación y la Satisfacción percibida por el usuario interno, se halló un
coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman de 0.788, el resultado significa que existe
una correlación positiva alta entre las variables.
