El estrés laboral y su relación con la productividad del personal del área de emisiones del servicio de administración tributaria de Chiclayo - Satch: Setiembre del 2013 a Junio del 2014

El trabajo de investigación no experimental titulado “El estrés laboral y su relación
con la productividad del personal del área de emisiones del Servicio de
Administración Tributaria de Chiclayo- SATCH: setiembre del 2013 a junio del
2014”, tuvo como objetivo el determinar la relación del estrés laboral con la
productividad del personal de dicha área, durante el periodo mencionado,
midiendo para ello, el nivel de estrés y la productividad del personal.
Se aplicó el test Maslach Burnout Inventory (MIB), a la población que labora en
dicha área; los resultados obtenidos fueron registrados en el Software Estadístico
SPSS ver 20, para realizar el análisis de cada variable; y los datos fueron
recolectados tomando como referencia los protocolos que el instrumento requería
para organizar la data mediante cuadros y gráficos estadísticos.
Al realizarse la evaluación de los trabajadores del área de emisiones se
determinó que el 60% de los trabajadores presenta un nivel de agotamiento o
cansancio emocional medio, el 10% un nivel alto y sólo el 30% de ellos
presentaron un nivel bajo de cansancio emocional.
Al evaluarse la despersonalización se encontró que el 60% de los trabajadores
presentan un nivel alto de actitudes y sentimientos negativos hacia las personas
con las que trabajan, y el 40% un nivel medio.
Se encontró que la mayor proporción de trabajadores (70%) presentan un nivel
bajo de realización personal en el trabajo; y también que la mayor proporción de
trabajadores (70%) presentan un nivel medio de estrés y el 30% un nivel bajo.
Al emplearse el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para evaluar la
asociación de los indicadores del cuestionario de Maslach con la variable
productividad, se determinó que éstos presentan una asociación altamente
significativa con la productividad, y que el nivel de estrés está relacionado
significativamente (p < 0.05) con la productividad del personal.
