El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la diferencia de motivación entre el
personal del módulo de familia y módulo laboral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de
Lima Norte, 2017.
Fue una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, con diseño no
experimental comparativo. Se empleó la encuesta, teniendo a 71 profesionales
trabajadores la corte superior de Justicia de Lima Norte |||| divididos en 38 del
módulo de familia y 33 del módulo laboral. Para el contraste de hipótesis se empleó
la prueba U- Mann Whitney para dos grupos independientes a un nivel de
significación de 0,05.
Las conclusiones fueron las siguientes: se encontró diferencia significativa
(p=0,044<0,05) de la motivación entre el personal del módulo de familia y módulo
laboral de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima Norte. Los encuestados del módulo
de familia mostraron mayor frecuencia en la categoría ‘Alta motivación’, a diferencia
del personal del módulo laboral. Lo mismo ocurrió con la dimensión Necesidad
afiliativa. No hubo diferencias en las dimensiones necesidad de logro y de poder.
