Calidad de atención y satisfacción del usuario externo en el Centro de Salud Mancora I- 3, distrito de Mancora, 2021

En la presente investigación se realizó con el fin de determinar la relación entre la
calidad de atención y la satisfacción del usuario externo en el centro de salud
Máncora I -3, distrito de Máncora, 2021. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, de
manera aplicado, no experimental, descriptivo y correlacional, obteniéndose una
muestra de 279 pacientes atendidos en dicho Centro de Salud Máncora. Los
resultados fueron que el 32,6% de usuarios atendidos consideraron tener una
calidad alta; el 39,1% intermedio y el 28,3% bajo; mientras que el 32,3%
consideraron tener una alta satisfacción en la atención del centro de salud; el 40,9%
un nivel intermedio; y el 32,3% un nivel bajo. La fiabilidad mostró un nivel de
calificación bajo con 41.2%, mientras que el resto de dimensiones de capacidad de
respuesta, seguridad, empatía y aspectos tangibles mostraron un nivel intermedio,
con 48,4%, 42,7%, 53,8% y 38%, respectivamente. Como conclusión se tuvo un
coeficiente de correlación positiva fuerte de 0,508 en el test de rho de Spearman
con una significancia bilateral al nivel de 0,01, demostrando correlación
estadísticamente importante entre la calidad de atención y satisfacción de usuario
externo en el centro de salud I – 3 Máncora.
