Nivel de estrés y carga laboral en enfermeras de la UCI neonatal del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal - 2015

En esta investigación se partió del problema ¿cuál es la relación entre el nivel de
estrés y la carga laboral en enfermeras de la UCI Neonatal del Instituto Nacional
Materno Perinatal, Agosto. – Noviembre del 2015?, planteando el objetivo de
determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y la carga laboral en este grupo de
profesionales de la UCI Neonatal del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal - 2015.
La investigación fue básica, descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo; de diseño
no experimental, transversal. Se usó la encuesta para la recolección de datos a una
muestra de 65 profesionales de enfermería de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos
Neonatal del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal y el muestreo fue intencional. El
análisis de los datos fue mediante la estadística descriptiva y el contraste se hizo
mediante la prueba de correlaciones Rho de Spearman (α= 0.05).
Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron las siguientes; hubo relación
entre el nivel de estrés y la carga laboral en su dimensión presión y exigencia en
enfermeras de la UCI Neonatal siendo esta positiva y moderada. Esta se traduce a
mayores factores relacionados con la presión y la exigencia, entonces mayor nivel de
estrés en el personal de enfermería. No se determinó relación entre el nivel de estrés
y la carga laboral en sus dimensiones organizativas y relaciones humanas. No hubo
relación entre el nivel de estrés y la carga laboral en su dimensión factores
ambientales y tampoco se encontró relación entre el nivel de estrés y la carga laboral
en las enfermeras de la UCI Neonatal del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal,
Agosto -Noviembre del 2015.
