Relación entre administración de Betalactámicos en los primeros 6 meses de vida y obesidad a los 24 meses de edad
Abstract
Con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre la administración de betalactámicos en los primeros 6 meses de vida y obesidad a los 24 meses de edad en el Hospital de Chancay durante el periodo del 2012 - 2017, se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo analítico, correlacional, trasversal, retrospectivo, diseño no experimental cuya muestra estaba constituida por 173 historias clínicas pertenecientes a niños de 24 meses atendidos en el servicio de pediatría del hospital de Chancay y que cumplieron los criterios de selección establecidos. Los resultados demostraron que, la frecuencia de administración de betalactámicos en los primeros 6 meses de vida en niños de 24 meses de edad fue del 21,4 %, y con una frecuencia de obesidad en niños de 24 meses de edad fue del 24,3 % y la relación entre administración de betalactámicos durante los 6 primeros meses y obesidad en niños a los 24 meses de edad fue de 16.8%. Se concluyó que en el hospital de Chancay significativamente existe relación entre la administración de betalactámicos en los primeros 6 meses de vida y obesidad a los 24 meses de edad.
