La investigación titulada calidad de atención prenatal y su relación con la morbilidad
materna en el Hospital Virú. Abril- junio, 2018, tuvo como objetivo el de determinar
si existe relación entre la calidad de atención prenatal y morbilidad materna en el
hospital provincial de Virú, durante el periodo de abril a junio 2018. El diseño de
investigación fue correlacional, se contó con una muestra de 152 gestantes, el
instrumento usado fue la ficha de recolección de datos, los cuales fueron sacados
de las historias clínicas. Para la verificación de la hipótesis se utilizó la prueba
estadística Chi Cuadrado (X2) con un nivel de significancia de 5%, los resultados
obtenidos fueron la frecuencia de morbilidad se presentó con un mayor porcentaje
la enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo (33.6%) seguida de la infección del tracto
urinario con un 23.7%, de igual forma se brindó una atención prenatal con calidad
alcanzando un porcentaje de 16, y una atención Sin calidad con un puntaje de 83%,
hay relación moderada entre parto pre término y calidad de atención prenatal. Se
concluye que no existe relación significativa entre la calidad de atención prenatal y
morbilidad materna en el hospital provincial de Virú, durante el periodo de abril a
junio 2018.
