Síndrome de Burnout y compromiso organizacional en profesionales de salud de un centro de salud público, 2016
Abstract
En un medio laboral donde los profesionales de salud trabajan en situaciones
estresantes, muchas veces causantes de la falta de compromiso organizacional en el
lugar que trabaja; el presente trabajo titulado “Síndrome de Burnout y compromiso
organizacional en profesionales de salud de un centro de salud público, 2016”; tuvo
como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre síndrome de Burnout y
compromiso organizacional en profesionales de salud.
La muestra es de 120 profesionales de salud, fue seleccionada por muestreo
probabilístico aleatorio simple; con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básico, con método
hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte trasversal.
El cuestionario fue aplicado a través de unas encuestas, se realizó la validez
del estudio con 3 expertos (V-Aiken=1.00), confiabilidad con alfa de Cronbach
(Síndrome de Burnout de 0,932 y compromiso organizacional de 0,959). El análisis
estadístico de los datos se obtuvo mediante, SPSS 22, Excel, tablas y gráficos de
barras.
Por variables se obtuvo como resultado que síndrome de Burnout, está en un
nivel bajo, y compromiso organizacional está en un nivel alto. Se determinó que, si
existe relación entre la variable síndrome de Burnout y compromiso organizacional, y
presenta una correlación directa débil (p=0.000; S = 0,298**). Con respecto a la
correlación de la variable síndrome de Burnout y las dimensiones de compromiso
organizacional (p=0,015=, S -0,221), (P=0,000, S=0,567), (P=0,000, s== 0,420**).
