Estilos de liderazgo y el síndrome de Burnout del usuario interno de la facultad de odontología, Lima, 2016

La presente investigación se realizó a fin de determinar la relación entre
los estilos de liderazgo y el síndrome de Burnout de los usuarios internos de la
Facultad de Odontología, Lima, 2016.
La población fueron 80 usuarios internos. La investigación fue básica de
nivel descriptiva. El diseño fue transversal, correlacional. El método utilizo fue el
hipotético deductivo, no experimental.
El instrumento se aplicó mediante una encuesta, siendo validado por el
juicio de 3 expertos (V-Aiken = 1.00), el alfa de Cronbach del síndrome de
Burnout fue de 0,828 y del estilos de liderazgo fue de 0,825. En el análisis
estadístico usamos el SPSS 22, Excel, tablas y gráficos.
En la hipótesis principal el nivel de significancia es ,017 por tanto menor a
0.05 indica que se acepta la hipótesis alterna, existiendo relación directa y
significativa entre los estilos de liderazgo y el síndrome de Burnout de los
usuarios internos. Entre la variable estilos de liderazgo y la dimensión cansancio
emocional, el nivel de significancia es 0,04 menor a 0.05 indica que existe una
relación directa, débil y significativa. Entre la variable estilos de liderazgo y la
dimensión despersonalización, el nivel de significancia es 0.394 mayor a 0.05
indicando que no existe una relación directa y significativa. No existe relación
directa y ni significativa entre los estilos de liderazgo y la realización personal
debido a que la significancia es de ,444 que es mayor que 0,05.
