Gestión directiva y calidad de atención percibidas por usuarios con enfermedades no transmisible del Centro de Salud Montalvo, Ecuador, 2020

El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación del nivel de gestión directiva y
el nivel de calidad de atención percibidas por usuarios con enfermedades no
transmisibles del Centro de Salud Montalvo, Ecuador, 2020.
Metodológicamente, el estudio fue de tipo básico, cualitativo y transversal, con un
diseño descriptivo correlacional; contó con una población de 540 pacientes y una
muestra probabilística de 91 usuarios con enfermedades no transmisibles que
reciben atención ambulatoria en el centro de salud Montalvo y que fueron elegidos
de manera probabilística, con una confiabilidad de 95%; a ellos se les aplicó dos
cuestionarios, elaborados por el investigador y sometidos previamente a
confiabilidad por el Alfa de Cronbach y validación por juicio de expertos.
Con los resultados obtenidos se pudo demostrar que existió una relación positiva
entre el nivel de gestión directiva y el nivel de calidad de atención percibidas por
usuarios con enfermedades no transmisibles del Centro de Salud Montalvo,
Ecuador, 2020, lo que se corroboró con la aplicación de la prueba “rho” de Sperman
cuyo coeficiente alcanzó 0,721 y una diferencia significancia (p<0,01).
