Relación entre la estructura familiar y la conducta del paciente odontopediátrico atendido en el hospital Jorge Reátegui Delgado - Piura, 2020: Prueba piloto

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la existencia de relación entre la
conducta del paciente odontopediátrico y su estructura familiar en el hospital
Jorge Reátegui Delgado, Piura 2020 mediante una prueba piloto. Fue una
investigación de tipo cuantitativo, transversal, prospectivo y de diseño descriptivo.
La muestra para el estudio piloto estuvo conformada por 10 pacientes
odontopediátricos. La evaluación consistió en una entrevista a los padres de
familia para establecer el tipo de familia y la conducta del niño fue evaluada
mediante la escala de Frankl. Los datos se registraron en una ficha y fueron
analizados descriptivamente. La relación se determinó mediante la prueba
estadística de Fisher. Los resultados se reportaron en tablas de frecuencia. Se
encontró que el 50% de los participantes presentó una conducta negativa. El otro
50% presentó conducta positiva. De ambos resultados el 40% pertenecían a la
estructura familiar de tipo nuclear, mientras que solo el 10% perteneció a la familia
monoparental. Se concluye que no se presentó diferencia estadísticamente
significativa ni entre tipos de conductas de los niños ni entre tipos de estructuras
familiares (p>0,05). Por lo tanto, la estructura familiar no influye en la conducta del
niño.
