Clima organizacional y la prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en profesionales de la salud de la red de salud Rimac – SMP-LO 2014

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo: Describir la relación entre el nivel de clima
organizacional y la prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en Profesionales de la Salud de la
Red de Salud Rimac-SMP-LO 2014.
Se aplicó el cuestionario de Clima Organizacional versión 2, validado por el
MINSA el 2011, con resolución Ministerial. Y el Maslach Burnout Inventory adaptada al
español por Moreno, Oliver y Aragoneses. En el mes de Mayo del 2014 en 119
profesionales de la Salud Red de Salud Rimac-SMP-LO.
Los resultados fueron: El Nivel del Clima Organizacional se observa que se
encuentra en un nivel por Mejorar en el 78,2%, en el nivel Saludable en 17,6% y nivel No
Saludable en 4,2%. La prevalencia del Síndrome Burnout, se observa que se encuentra en
un nivel bajo en el 63,9%, en el nivel medio en 36,1% y no se presentaron casos con nivel
Alto. Analizando la relación entre el Clima Organizacional y el síndrome Burnout, se
observa una correlación inversa y significativa entre el clima organizacional con el
síndrome Burnout, (r Spearman= -0,524 valor p<0,001). Las conclusiones
fueron: Existe una relación inversa y significativa entre el nivel de clima organizacional
con la prevalencia del síndrome Burnout en Profesionales de la Salud de la Red de Salud
Rimac-SMP-LO 2014. Asimismo existe una relación inversa y significativa entre el nivel
de clima Organizacional y las dimensiones Agotamiento Emocional y Despersonalización
y una relación directa con la dimensión, Realización Personal.
