Factores clínicos y quirúrgicos asociados a infección de sitio operatorio cesárea-Hospital Santa Rosa de Piura. 2020

Objetivo: Describir los factores clínicos y quirúrgicos relacionados a ISO pos
cesárea en Hospital Santa Rosa Piura. 2020.
Métodos: Estudio no experimental, observacional, transversal - descriptivo y
retrospectivo.
Resultados: El trabajo de investigación se realizó con la totalidad de ISO
(infección de sitio operatorio) de los casos presentados durante el año 2020
en el Hospital Santa Rosa de Piura encontramos que tuvieron control
prenatal más de 4 atenciones en el 63% y no presentaron control prenatal en
el 38% para el caso de la edad materna principalmente primero las mujeres
de más de 30 años en el 65% de los casos y por otro lado fueron multíparas
en el 70% de los casos estudiados asimismo las infecciones del sitio
operatorio se da en pacientes con más de 37 semanas gestacionales y
presentaron casos de obesidad en el 40% por otro lado se asoció anemia en
el 48% hubo antecedentes cesárea en el 70% de los casos y la indicación de
la cesárea fue no iterativa en el 65% siendo el tipo de cesárea de emergencia
en el 78% de los casos con un tiempo operatorio menor de 60 minutos en el
88%.
Conclusiones: Dentro de los factores clínicos y quirúrgicos asociados a
infección operatoria por cesárea en el hospital encontramos que se da
principalmente con controles prenatales completos con una edad materna
mayor de 30 son multíparas con edades gestacionales por encima de los 37
semanas no son obesas no presentan anemia tienen antecedentes de cesárea
previa y la indicación de cesárea no iterativa con tipo de cesárea de
emergencia y con tiempo operatorios cortos.
