Factores asociados a anemia gestacional en mujeres de 12-49 años de edad en la población peruana del año 2019

Objetivo: Identificar los factores asociados a anemia gestacional en mujeres
gestantes de 12 a 49 años de edad, en población peruana del año 2019.
Métodos: El estudio es de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo, con enfoque de tipo
observacional, transversal y analítico. La población de estudio obtenida fue de
765 gestantes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
Resultados: Respecto a la variable anemia gestacional observamos que se da
en aproximadamente 22.63% de la muestra. Se distribuye, gestantes
adolescentes en un 3.82% y las adultas un18.81%. En residencia a nivel urbano
con anemia en el 14.91% y en rural el 7.72%. El grado de instrucción a nivel de
inicial y primaria en el 4.97% y el 17.66% en educación secundaria y superior,
La edad gestacional del primer y segundo trimestres en el 2.75% y en el tercer
trimestre el 19.88%. El periodo intergenésico corto en 3.63% de la muestra sin
embargo no está presente en el 18.99%. El control de la gestación, un No buen
control son anémicas en el 20.67% asimismo presentan un buen control prenatal
en el 1.95% de las gestantes. La cantidad de gestaciones, en primigestas
representan el 5.86% de las anémicas y son multigestas en el 16.77%.
Conclusiones: La prevalencia de anemia gestacional en el grupo muestra de 12
a 49 años de edad, varía en el 22.63%. Cuyos factores como la edad, nivel
socioeconómico, edad gestacional y periodo intergenésico, están asociados
significativamente con anemia.
