Nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal en gestantes que acuden a un establecimiento de salud, San Martín 2021

El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre salud bucal
en gestantes que acuden a un establecimiento de salud, San Martín 2021. Se
realizó un estudio cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental transversal y descriptivo
simple, en 100 gestantes que acudieron a su control prenatal y que aceptaron
participar. Se aplicó un cuestionario validado de veinte preguntas. Los resultados
reportaron un mayor porcentaje del nivel de conocimiento medio sobre salud bucal
con un 71%, seguido del nivel alto con un 16% y un 13% con un nivel bajo. Se
encontró un mayor nivel de conocimiento medio en todas las variables estudiadas,
con un 46% para el grupo de 18 a 29 años y un 25% para el grupo de 30 a 45 años,
de acuerdo con el grado de instrucción un 30%, 35% y 6% para el grado superior,
secundaria y primaria respectivamente, en las gestante primigestas y multigestas
fue de 37% y 34% respectivamente, en el primer segundo y tercer trimestre de
gestación con un 35%, 26% y 10% respectivamente. Se concluye que el nivel de
conocimiento sobre salud bucal más predominante en gestantes que acudieron a
un establecimiento de salud en San Martin en el 2021, fue el medio.
