La OMS, reporta que un 11% aproximadamente de los nacimientos en el
mundo; se dan entre muchachas de 15 a 19 años3 por ende la lactancia
materna no está siendo practicado por desconocimiento, según el Fondo de
las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia, reportó que las tasas de lactancia
materna muchos países han experimentado un aumento significativo en la
última década2.Objetivo: Determinar la lactancia materna y educación de
Enfermería en madres 14 a 17 años del AA.HH José Olaya balandra, Callao
2020. Método: este estudio es de diseño cualitativo y de tipo no aleatorio,
conveniencia; los sujetos de estudio madres adolescentes. Los métodos
utilizados: la entrevista semiestrurada y observación participativa. Resultados:
las madres adolescentes muestran un desconocimiento sobre la lactancia
materna, pero cuentan con apoyo familiar y la educación de Enfermería es
ausente. Conclusión: La lactancia materna no es practicada debido a la
ausencia de educación de Enfermería en el control prenatal, el parto, la
estancia y el alta hospitalaria, el Cred y el seguimiento ocasionando que la
madre no desarrolle sus habilidades para brindar la lactancia materna debido
a la pandemia la enfermera no tiene comunicación directa, ni muestra interés
para comunicarse para orientarles, dejando vulnerables a la madre e hijo.
