Influencia de la cultura ética en los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios de Lima Metropolitana, en el periodo 2015
Abstract
El principal objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer de qué manera la cultura
ética influye en los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios de Lima Metropolitana, en el
periodo 2015.
El marco metodológico aplicado fue el hipotético deductivo, con enfoque
cuantitativo, el método descriptivo-correlacional-explicativo, el diseño no experimental,
transversal y correlacional causal. El tipo de investigación es básica. En una población de
100 efectivos se encuestó a una muestra de 44 policías de la comisaría de San Juan de
Miraflores, utilizando el modelo estadístico de regresión y correlación.
Se halló un valor p calculado = 0.000 < 0.05, y una correlación conjunta “R”, de
0.809 por tanto una alta relación causa-efecto entre las dos variables, es decir se acepta que
la cultura ética influye significativamente en los delitos de corrupción de funcionarios de
Lima Metropolitana, en el periodo 2015.
Se recomienda a las entidades del Estado, recuperar la credibilidad de la comunidad hacia
las autoridades públicas mediante sistema de participación ciudadana en el seguimiento y
evaluación de las acciones de gobierno, formulación y aplicación de las políticas públicas
e implementación de programas educativos que fomenten la importancia del respeto a la
ley y los valores cívicos.
