Cultura organizacional y satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de la Dirección de Salud IV Lima Este. Lima, 2016

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo fundamental determinar la relación
que existía entre la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral que
presentaban los trabajadores administrativos de la Dirección de Salud IV Lima
Este. Se desarrolló una investigación básica de nivel correlacional, bajo un
enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal.
La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 261 trabajadores, para la
selección de la muestra se empleó un muestreo aleatorio simple y estuvo
constituida por 156 trabajadores. Para la recolección de la información referida
a las variables de estudio se empleó como técnica la encuesta y como
instrumentos los cuestionarios estructurados con respuestas tipo likert.
Los resultados evidenciaron que el 69.2% los trabajadores administrativos
consideraban que la Dirección de Salud IV Lima Este presentaba una cultura
organizacional moderada y que solo el 29.5% de estos trabajadores la
consideraba fuerte; así mismo se encontró que el 81.4% de los trabajadores
presentaban un nivel de satisfacción de nivel medio y el 17.3% un nivel alto de
satisfacción.
Finalmente se concluyó que existía una relación directa y moderada entre
la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores
administrativos de la Dirección de Salud IV Lima Este, es decir que a medida que
se mejore la cultura organizacional también se incrementarán los niveles de
satisfacción laboral en dicha institución.
