En el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación aquí presentado se ha realizado el
Diseño de una maquina percutora para realizar trabajos perforación en socavón
estrecho para la empresa Proyectos y Construcciones R&R SAC. Debido a que la
empresa actualmente realiza los trabajos de perforación empleando equipo manual
y personal técnico, los cuales por las condiciones del trabajo se exponen a severos
riesgos que atentan contra su salud, además en el mercado actual, existen equipos
de percusión de gran tamaño las cuales no se adaptan a las dimensiones del
socavón en donde se realizan los trabajos, es así como se propuso diseñar una
maquina percutora que cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas por la empresa.
Para el desarrollo del equipo se ha tomado la metodología de diseño de los
autores Eggert- Dieter (Eggert, 2005; Dieter & Schmidt, 2009) en la cual el proceso
de diseño empieza con la recolección de información que se realizó mediante
entrevistas al personal que trabaja en la empresa. Con esta información se realizó
una tabla de especificaciones de ingeniería para definir las características del
diseño. Seguidamente se propusieron posibles soluciones, de entre las cuales se
obtuvo un diseño optimo empleando una matriz de selección por criterios
ponderado. Después de definirse el diseño se realizaron los cálculos de ingeniería
que se centró en el análisis de fatiga de la estructura que soporta al roto-percutor
neumático. Los cálculos se validaron mediante una simulación por el método de
elementos finitos (FEM) y un análisis modal para verificar las frecuencias y modos
de vibración de la estructura. Al finalizar los cálculos de ingeniería se realizó la
selección de componentes de uso estándar y la elaboración de los planos de
fabricación y ensamblaje. Finalmente se realizó el presupuesto y el análisis
ecónomo para la implementación de este diseño.
