Evaluación de la eficiencia mecánica del concreto autorreparable como alternativa biotecnológica en el departamento de Piura, Perú

El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la eficiencia
mecánica del concreto autorreparable como alternativa biotecnológica,
seleccionando la bacteria más utilizada y que produzcan carbonato de calcio
incorporadas al concreto a través del método indirecto, caracterizando los
agregados para la eficiente dosificación y analizando su comportamiento mecánico
del concreto, realizando ensayos de resistencia a compresión y a flexión. La
metodología fue tipo aplicada, tiene un diseño experimental (cuasi experimental),
además es una investigación de enfoque mixta, la muestra para este estudio fue de
60 espécimen. Se utilizó la bacteria bacillus subtilis donde se encapsulo en arcilla
expandida remplazando un porcentaje del agregado grueso e impregnado la
solución de la bacteria con porcentajes de solución bacteriana al 5,10 y 15% más
su nutriente lactato de calcio, de la cual se determinó que la concentración al 15 %
mejora en la resistencia a la comprensión pues a los 28 días llego a una resistencia
de 248 kg/cm2 , sin embargo en la resistencia a flexión disminuyó, ya que la del
concreto convencional fue de 49.64 kg/cm2 y la del concreto autorreparable con
15 % de concentración bacteriana fue de 47.64 kg/cm2.
