Motivación laboral y compromiso organizacional en los trabajadores de una empresa de rubro automotriz en Lima, 2024

La presente investigación busca contribuir al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)
número 8: “trabajo decente y crecimiento económico”, teniendo como objetivo general
determinar qué relación existe entre la motivación laboral y el compromiso
organizacional en los trabajadores de una empresa de rubro automotriz en Lima. La
metodología de investigación es del tipo básica, nivel correlacional, diseño no
experimental, de corte transversal con enfoque cuantitativo, con método hipotético
deductivo. Al ser una investigación censal, la población y muestra se constituyó por
50 trabajadores. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, empleando como instrumento
dos cuestionarios: cuestionario de Escala de Motivación Laboral de Steers y
Braunstein (1976) y Cuestionario de Compromiso Organizacional de Meyer y Allen
(1997), ambos fueron validados por expertos, determinando una alta confiabilidad de
0.743 y 0.756 respectivamente. Los resultados en el análisis descriptivo indican que
el 20% de trabajadores perciben una alta motivación y el 26% perciben un alto
compromiso. El análisis estadístico reveló el valor de significancia de 0,000,
confirmando la relación entre ambas variables. El coeficiente de correlación de Rho=
0.693* muestra una relación directa y moderada. Se concluye que a medida que
aumenta la motivación laboral, se incrementa de manera moderada el compromiso
organizacional.
