The general objective of this research was to
determine the relationship between transformational
leadership and service quality offered by a community service
organization. Questionnaires were applied to 32 volunteers of
this organization; it was found that there is a significant
moderate and highly significant relationship between the
variables; it was also determined that the level of perception of
transformational leadership is considered as medium, while
the quality of service offered is considered as good.
