En la investigación titulada “Doble imposición internacional y su relación con la
reinversión de utilidades, en las empresas aéreas del Perú 2015”, el objetivo general
es analizar de qué manera la doble imposición internacional se relaciona con la
reinversión de utilidades en las empresas aéreas del Perú 2015
La investigación se trabajó en base a los modelos de convenio existentes
como son el modelo de la OCDE, el Modelo de la ONU y el Modelo de la decisión 40
del Acuerdo de Cartagena, en los cuales aborda la temática acerca del Régimen
para evitar la doble tributación y prevenir la evasión fiscal con los países de la
Comunidad Andina, este convenio plantea eliminar la doble imposición a través del
tipo de modelo de convenio. (Decisión 40)
El tipo de investigación es descriptiva correlacional, puesto que refiere a una
relación entre las variables de estudio, con apoyo en el método hipotético deductivo
(enfoque cuantitativo). La población de estudio estuvo conformada 35 empresas y la
muestra está conformada por 32 trabajadores de 7 empresas del departamento de
contabilidad; La muestra es de tipo no probabilística, La técnica que se utilizó es la
encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario aplicado a los
trabajadores de las aerolíneas. Para la validez de los instrumentos se utilizó el juicio
de expertos y para la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó Alfa de Cronbach. Para
la comprobación de hipótesis se utilizó chi-cuadrado que salió alta correlacional
entre las variables:
En la presente investigación se arribó a la conclusión que existe una relación
significativa entre doble imposición internacional y reinversión de utilidades en las
empresas aéreas del Perú 2015.
