La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la
comunicación asertiva y satisfacción del usuario externo en el Servicio de Medicina
Física del Centro Médico Naval, Callao 2018.
La investigación elaborada tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, con
un diseño no experimental – transversal – correlacional con sus dos variables. La
población estuvo constituida por todos los usuarios externos que acuden al Servicio
de Medicina Física del Centro Médico Naval y la muestra fue de 150 personas. Para
recopilar los datos de las variables comunicación asertiva y satisfacción se utilizó
la técnica de la encuesta; y como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario para las
dos variables. La validez de contenido a la que fueron sometidos los instrumentos
fue mediante juicio de tres expertos cuyo resultado fue de aplicable y el valor de
la confiabilidad fue con la prueba Alfa de Cronbach con coeficientes de 0.950 para
el cuestionario de comunicación asertiva y 0,951 para el cuestionario de
satisfacción del usuario, señalándonos una bastante alta confiabilidad.
Se concluyó que existe la relación entre comunicación asertiva y satisfacción
del usuario en el Servicio de Medicina Física del Centro Médico Naval, Callao 2018,
señalado por el Rho de Spearman 0,541 significa que existe moderada relación
positiva entre las variables, frente al (grado de significación estadística) p < 0,05,
por lo que negamos la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis alterna.
