El objetivo de este proyecto a investigar es optimizar los costos para los procesos
constructivos en muros anclados, desarrollar un apropiado análisis en cada partida
obteniendo ratios de productividad, este ratio se avaluará realizando el seguimiento en las
etapas de trabajo en base de un parte diario que brindará al detalle los rendimientos en cada
partida mediante una recolección de datos. Esta investigación brindará información
actualizada sobre rendimientos en la construcción de muros anclados, contribuirá como libro
de consulta a profesionales que quieran dedicarse a la construcción de sótanos profundos. La
metodología empleada fue de tipo aplicada, el diseño de investigación fue no experimental
y correlacional, se tomó como muestra los muros anclados en el proyecto de edificación las
Camelias. El objetivo general fue determinar si los análisis de los procesos constructivos
optimizan los costos. Este estudio se realizó al 47% de avance por considerar que es el
desarrollo más crítico de la obra. Obteniendo los resultados se determina que dos de las tres
partidas estudiadas no generan óptimo beneficio para la empresa. En la partida de acero el
ratio real es de 0.054 HH/kg, esto genera una pérdida de 20,104.98 soles. Para la actividad
de encofrado el ratio real es de 3.50 HH/kg ocasionando pérdidas de 45,211.43 soles. De
diferente manera es expresado la labor de concreto describiendo un ratio de 0.47HH/KG
estableciendo ganancia a la empresa por la suma de 34,640.60 soles. Estos porcentajes son
expresados en referencia a la tabla 5 de costos directos. De tal manera se concluyó que no
se optimiza los costos en totas las partidas estudiadas.
