Relación entre la motivación y satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Elektra

En la empresa Elektra se observó ciertos problemas como la carente comunicación, falta de
reconocimientos sociales y emocionales, entre otros, el cual influye directamente en el
ámbito laboral, afectando así la motivación y productividad de los colaboradores quienes
debido a ello no se encuentran muy conformes con el ambiente de trabajo en el que se
desenvuelven. El propósito de esta investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre
la motivación y la satisfacción laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa Elektra. Basándose
en la teoría de David McClelland y la teoría de las necesidades de Maslow. La investigación
fue de tipo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La población
estuvo conformada por todos los colaboradores, de los cuales se obtuvo una muestra aleatoria
de 50 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos: La Escala de Motivación de –
MLPA de Steers y Braunstein y la escala de satisfacción laboral SL-SPC de Sonia Palma
Carrillo. Los datos fueron procesados a través del software estadístico SPSS-24, haciendo
uso de tablas de frecuencia y medidas estadísticas para el análisis e interpretación de los
resultados. En consecuencia, se obtuvo, a través de la correlación de Spearman que hay
relación positiva entre las variables motivación laboral y satisfacción laboral (rho = 0,995).
A nivel de objetivos específicos se comprobó que la dimensión de logro (rho: 0,981), poder
(rho: 0,988) y afiliación (rho: 0,986) se correlacionaron de forma positiva con la satisfacción
laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa Elektra.
