Influencia del aditivo epóxico como adherente en vigas de concreto vaceado en dos etapas sometidas a flexión

El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo el estudio del adictivo
epóxico como adherente en vigas de concreto vaceado en dos etapas sometidas
a flexión, diseñados para distintos tipos de muestras, lo cual se evaluó su
comportamiento mecánico para las edades 7, 14, 28 días de la elaboración. Se
consideró un f’c =210 kg/cm2 para la elaboración de las muestras. Para la
investigación se diseñaron 81 muestras de vigas de concreto de 15 cm x 15 cm
x 53cm, los cuales fueron divididos en cinco grupos como son: muestras de
vigas patrón, muestras de vigas longitudinales sin epóxico y con epóxico,
muestras de vigas transversales sin uso de epóxico y con uso de epóxico. Se
trabajó con el adictivo epóxico Sikadur 32 Gel.
Los resultados promedio dados en la investigación, para el caso luego de
transcurrir 2 horas del vaceado de la primera etapa, muestran que las vigas
longitudinales tienen resultado de 38,8 kg/cm² sin uso de epóxico y 33,2 kg/cm²
con uso del epóxico, aumentando la resistencia a flexión en 24% y 6%, para las
vigas transversales se obtuvo los resultados de 30,7 kg/cm² sin uso de epóxico y
20,2 kg/cm² con uso del epóxico, donde disminuye la resistencia a flexión en
2% y 35%. En el caso después de transcurrir 4 horas del vaceado, donde las vigas
longitudinales tienen como resultado 32,9 kg/cm² sin uso del epóxico y 31,9 kg/cm²
con uso del epóxico donde aumenta la resistencia en 5% y 2%, y mientras para las
vigas transversales se obtuvo los resultados 29,8 kg/cm² sin uso del epóxico y
22,2 kg/cm² con uso del epóxico, lo cual disminuye la resistencia en 5% y 29%;
esto con respecto a las muestras de vigas patrón (31,9 kg/cm²).
Considerando más trabajable el tipo de vaceado longitudinal y obteniendo
mejores resultados en el tiempo de vaceado luego del transcurso de 2 horas.
