Clima organizacional y estrés laboral en trabajadores municipales de un distrito de Cusco, 2021

Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad determinar la relación entre clima
organizacional y estrés laboral en trabajadores municipales de un distrito de Cusco,
2021. Estudio que corresponde al tipo básico; diseño no experimental, transversal
y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 180 trabajadores. Los
instrumentos empleados fueron la escala de clima laboral CL-SPC y la escala de
estrés laboral OIT-OMS, adaptado en Perú, los cuales pasaron por un
procedimiento para establecer su validez y confiabilidad. Los resultados
descriptivos evidencian que el 42,2% de los trabajadores perciben nivel de clima
organizacional favorable; un 87,2% de los trabajadores presentan bajo nivel de
estrés laboral; en cuanto a los resultados de manera inferencial se encontró
correlación negativa moderada entre clima organizacional y estrés laboral (r= -
0,606 y p= 0,000), por ende se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis
nula; además existe correlación negativa moderada entre comunicación y estrés
laboral (r= -0,593 y p= 0,000), de la misma manera existe correlación negativa
moderada entre condiciones laborales y estrés laboral (r= -0,612 y p= 0,000). Se
concluye que a mayor nivel de clima organizacional, menor presencia de estrés
laboral y viceversa.
