Factores psicosociales asociados al estrés laboral en el personal de salud de la Micro Red Ocobamba durante la pandemia covid-19, 2020

El objetivo del estudio es determinar la asociación entre los factores psicosociales
con el estrés laboral en el personal de salud de la Micro Red Ocobamba durante la
pandemia COVID-19. Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo,
correlacional. La muestra está constituida por 72 voluntarios trabajadores
asistenciales de salud. La recolección de datos se realizó en base a una encuesta y
dos cuestionarios validados. Resultados: la variable factores psicosociales tiene un
resultado de fuerte 51,4%, moderado 29,2% y débil 19,4%; variable estrés en el
trabajo con un resultado de bajo 41,7%, medio con un 37,5%, y alto 20,8%, en
relacion al resultado inferencial a la hipótesis general relacionado a los factores
psicosociales y estrés laboral es de rho= ,469 y el p valor es 0,000 menor al α= 0,05.
Conclusión: con una probabilidad de error del 0,0% existe asociación entre los
factores psicosociales y el estrés laboral en el personal de salud de la Micro Red
Ocobamba durante la pandemia COVID-19, siendo que el valor p=<0.05 se acepta la
hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula, el valor r=,469 nos indica que existe
una relacion de tipo positiva y significativamente débil.
