Malestar emocional y compromiso organizacional de colaboradores del distrito fiscal de Puno, en tiempos de pandemia, 2020

En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general: definir la relación
entre malestar emocional y compromiso organizacional de colaboradores del
Distrito Fiscal de Puno, en tiempos de pandemia 2020, siendo una investigación
básica con diseño no experimental y correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada
por 118 colaboradores de ambos sexos, entre edades de 18 y 45 años, de
diferentes áreas de la institución. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos
estuvieron basados en encuestas, la Escala de depresión, ansiedad y estrés y el
Cuestionario de Compromiso Organizacional. Los datos se procesaron mediante
el programa SPSS v21 y se analizaron con la prueba de correlación no
paramétrico Rho de Spearman, prueba t de Student y mediante estadísticos
descriptivos. Los resultados evidenciaron la ausencia de correlación, directa y
significativa entre las dimensiones depresión (Rho = 0,005), ansiedad (Rho = -
0,10); y estrés (Rho = -0,032), con el compromiso organizacional, por lo que se
concluye que las condiciones de malestar emocional no afectaron el compromiso
institucional. Sin embargo, los casos de malestar emocional fueron importantes,
ya que el 52.54% mostró síntomas de estrés, 14,41% síntomas de ansiedad y
41,53% síntomas de depresión, no encontrándose diferencias significativas según
sexo y grupos de edad; aún bajo esas condiciones el 62.7% de colaboradores
presentó un compromiso organizacional medio y sólo el 11 % compromiso bajo,
no siendo diferente según la de edad, pero sí en el sexo, siendo un compromiso
mayor en los hombres.
