Creencias irracionales y violencia contra la pareja en mujeres de un comedor popular de Sechura

Esta investigación buscó: determinar la relación que existe entre las creencias
irracionales y violencia contra la pareja en mujeres de un comedor popular de
Sechura, el estudio fue planteado bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo fue no
experimental y de diseño correlacional transversal, la población estuvo
conformada por 180 mujeres de un comedor popular y la muestra fue de 150
mujeres, cuyas edades se encuentran entre los16 a 39 años, que mantienen
una relación de pareja, para la variable creencia irracionales se utilizó el
Inventario de Creencias Irracionales de Albert Ellis adaptado por Navas y De la
Cruz para la violencia de pareja Escala de Violencia Intrafamiliar VIJ4.
Resultados: Existe relación entre la creencia irracional auto expectativas (r=-
.366* p= .043) y la dimensión física, existe correlación entre las creencias
irracionales auto expectativas (r= -.388* p= .022) y C5: Causas externas (r=-
.369* p= .039) y la dimensión psicológica, no existe relación significativa entre
las creencias irracionales y la dimensión violencia sexual (p=> 0.05), además
se encontró correlación entre la creencia irracional auto expectativas (r= -.372=
.035) y la violencia social, existe correlación entre la creencia irracional Miedo
o ansiedad (r= -.396 p= .016) y la dimensión violencia patrimonial y existe
correlación entre la creencia irracional Miedo o ansiedad (r=-.371 p= .036) y la
dimensión violencia de género. Conclusión: Se encontró correlación moderada,
inversa y significativa entre las creencias irracionales auto expectativas (r=-.445
p= .000) y evitación al problema (r=.625 p= .000) y la violencia de pareja en las
mujeres de un Comedor Popular de Sechura
