Estrategias de marketing y su influencia en la oferta del programa de Maestría en Docencia y Gestión Educativa en estudiantes de la Universidad César Vallejo en las sedes de Lima, Ica y Ayacucho

La investigación, cumple una función científica y social en concordancia con el
propósito del estudio, para establecer la influencia de las estrategias de marketing
en la efectiva oferta del programa de maestría en docencia y gestión educativa de
la UCV en las Sedes de Lima, lea y Ayacucho.
El trabajo se fundamenta en las informaciones teóricas de la gestión moderna
en base al marketing con la finalidad de establecer en la educación las bondades
de las estrategias utilizadas en el ámbito industrial y tecnológico, de tal forma que
esto sirva para reformular las actividades y su inserción a la sociedad
competitivamente.
El estudio elaborado en el enfoque mixto integrado por el estudio descriptivo a
través del método cualitativo etnográfico hizo uso de la técnica de la observación
y la encuesta y los instrumentos del Cuestionario y Guía en los procedimientos
de recojo, análisis de datos, presentación y explicación de los resultados, con una
muestra de 180 estudiantes del programa de maestría en las sedes de Lima, lea y
Ayacucho establecido en dos momentos de estudio y validación de instrumentos
como una forma de fiabilidad de rigor científico del estudio.
Los resultados concluyen que el uso de las estrategias de marketing en el
cumplimiento de la oferta del programa de maestría propicia resultados
significativos, satisfactorios, eficaces y eficientes. Por ello, se recomienda
promover y difundir mediante capacitaciones el uso de las mismas y por
consiguiente mejorar la gestión en los procesos de desarrollo educativo.
