Aprovechamiento de residuos sólidos orgánicos y de aguas residuales en bioceldas para generar energía eléctrica a nivel de laboratorio - 2018

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo generar energía eléctrica a partir del
aprovechamiento de residuos sólidos orgánicos y aguas residuales en bioceldas. Para ello
se llevó a cabo el armado de la biocelda, la cual constaba de una cámara anódica
(anaerobia) y otra catódica (aerobia) con un volumen de 600 ml cada una. Por otro lado,
se realizó un muestreo aleatorio simple para la recolección de los residuos sólidos
orgánicos que estaban conformados por residuos de zanahoria, rábano y papa, así mismo
se recolectó el agua residual del río Huaycoloro la cual fue llevada al laboratorio TYPSA
para su análisis microbiológico teniendo una cantidad de 330000 (NMP/100 ml) de
Escherichia coli, siendo este el principal factor de degradación de la materia orgánica.
Esta investigación tuvo un diseño experimental completamente al azar donde se
realizaron 4 tratamientos con diferentes volúmenes de extracto de zanahoria (100 ml, 150
ml, 200 ml, 250 ml) permaneciendo constante los residuos de extracto de papa (50 ml) y
extracto de rábano (20 ml), también se utilizó una muestra de 250 ml de agua residual,
los cuales actuaron en la cámara anódica. Por otro lado, en la cámara catódica se usó una
solución de cloruro de sodio al 4% con la finalidad de aumentar la conductividad eléctrica,
cada tratamiento tuvo una operación de 5 días. Los resultados nos muestran que el
tratamiento N° 4 fue el que evidencio un máximo voltaje siendo este de 0.708 V y una
intensidad de corriente de 0.082 A estando compuesta por 250 ml de residuos de
zanahoria con una potencia de 0.058 W.
