“Percepción De La Calidad De Atención Y Nivel De Satisfacción Del Usuario Externo En El Servicio De Emergencia Del Hospital I Essalud - Alto Mayo – Moyobamba – 2014”

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo conocer la relación entre el grado de calidad de atención y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios en el servicio de emergencia del hospital I EsSalud Alto Mayo – Moyobamba 2014. El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo, correlacional. La población estudiada estuvo representada por 20,000 usuarios que fueron atendidos en el servicio de emergencia durante el año 2013, obteniéndose una muestra total de 73 usuarios.
Los datos fueron recogidos in situ, se entrevistaron a los usuarios luego de recibir
la atención en el servicio de emergencia, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta de
opinión para el recojo de la información utilizando un instrumento validado por
jueces de expertos. Los datos fueron procesados y analizados con el estadístico
SPSS versión 21. Se encontraron los resultados siguientes:
Luego de la aplicación de la prueba de hipótesis Chi Cuadrado, nos conlleva a
concluir que la calidad de atención y la satisfacción de los usuarios las variables no son independientes, es decir, se encuentran estadísticamente relacionadas Chi
cuadrado calculado 118,90, y el chi cuadrado tabular con 9 grados de libertad y
p<0,05, es de 16,9190. Los usuarios del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital I –
Alto Mayo – EsSalud - Moyobamba perciben la calidad de atención recibida como
de regular en un 43.84%. El 46.58% se sienten insatisfechos con la atención
recibida. Los factores que influyen negativamente entre el grado de calidad de
atención y nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios Hospital I – Alto Mayo – EsSalud –
Moyobamba son: el factor “tiempo de espera” con 90%, seguido del “trato del
personal en admisión” con 80%; así como el “trato del personal de enfermería y
técnico” con un 70%.
