Programa de inducción y formación docente en la calidad de servicio en una unidad educativa, Guayaquil- Ecuador 2019

El objetivo del presente estudio es comprobar cómo influye un programa de inducción y
formación docente para optimizar la calidad de servicio en un centro educativo, mediante la
investigación se pretende demostrar si la ejecución de la propuesta permite mejorar o no
significativamente la calidad educativa, el presente trabajo se fundamenta en Crisólogo
(2005) donde manifiesta que la calidad educativa se mide a través del servicio educativo que
es el conjunto de actividades que buscan responder a las necesidades de un cliente, además
de acogerse a los estándares de calidad de desempeño profesional docente del Ministerio de
Educación.
La investigación se muestra con un diseño pre-experimental, como sujetos de estudio se
escogió a docentes que son miembros de la junta académica, con el fin de medir el
desempeño del personal novel, utilizando como instrumento una serie de preguntas y la
técnica del cuestionario, aplicando la escala de Likert. Para la validación de este recurso se
utilizó una población piloto de veinte personas fuera de la muestra, mediante el uso del
software IBM SPSS versión 25 se determinó que el alfa de Cronbach es de 0,946 siendo una
confiabilidad alta para aplicar el instrumento.
Para obtener el nivel se aplicó el instrumento en dos tiempos, donde se obtuvo como
resultado que la calidad educativa se encuentra de un nivel bajo y luego pasa a nivel alto.
Para la constatación de hipótesis se sometieron los datos a la prueba “t” de Student utilizando
la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro-Wilk efectiva para muestras pequeñas. Se determinó
que existe una diferencia significativa en la aplicación del pre-test y Post-test. Por lo cual se
concluye que la aplicación de un programa de inducción y formación docente presenta
efectos significativos en la mejora de la calidad de servicio en una Unidad Educativa en
Guayaquil.
