Estilos de liderazgo percibido y motivación laboral en colaboradores del Gobierno Regional de La Libertad, 2020

La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre
los Estilos de liderazgo y la motivación laboral de los colaboradores del Gobierno
Regional de La Libertad 2020. El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo cuantitativo, de
diseño no experimental. La población estuvo formada por 195 colaboradores del
Gobierno Regional La Libertad, la técnica empleada para recolectar información la
encuesta y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron aplicados de manera
virtual y los cuestionarios tuvieron estructura tipo escala de Likert debidamente
validados a través de juicios de expertos y determinado su confiabilidad a través de
estadístico de confiabilidad. Los resultados expresaron confirman la existencia de
relación de r = 0,927 entre las variables: Estilo de liderazgo y Motivación laboral,
mostró una correlación positiva y alta. La significancia de p = 0,000, muestra que es
menor a 0,05, lo que indica una relación significativa para la prueba de normalidad
usándose la prueba de Kolmogorov. Además, el nivel de los estilos de liderazgo se
relacionaron significativamente con las dimensiones de la motivación laboral los que
tuvieron una relación significativa alta con la necesidad de logro (r=0.857), necesidad
de poder (0.876) y la necesidad de afiliación (0.879).
