Análisis multitemporal de la expansión urbana, del distrito de Ayacucho, mediante imágenes satelitales, en el período 1990 - 2020

El objetivo general fue evaluar mediante el análisis multitemporal de las imágenes
de satélites del periodo 1990 – 2020, los cambios por la expansión urbana en el
distrito de Ayacucho.
Por su aprovechamiento en la investigación tecnológica el presente trabajo
se utilizó una investigación tipo aplicada, desde un diseño no experimental, y de
nivel investigación descriptivo. La técnica que se utilizó es de observación, para lo
cual se tomaron datos de las imágenes satelitales, para la recolección de datos
fueron las fichas de control que describen las distintas coberturas y sus valores
establecidos. La población se establece en el área del distrito de Ayacucho, que
representan las coberturas naturales y antrópicas.
La conclusión fue que la metodología aplicada, mediante el análisis
multitemporal y las matrices de cruces nos facilitó cuantificar, los cambios de las
distintas clases de cobertura (área urbana, cobertura vegetal, suelos y suelos sin
cobertura), lo cual se pudo calcular para el periodo inicial 1990 un área urbana de
262.5406 ha, lo cual es el 5 % del área total del distrito de Ayacucho, en cambio
para el periodo 2020 la cobertura urbana es 2107.0384 ha, lo cual representa un
46.1 % total del distrito de Ayacucho. Lo cual para la representación de la tasa de
crecimiento para el área urbana es de 7.0671 % anual, lo que genera un cambio en
las clases de coberturas de la zona de estudio
