Diversidad generacional en la educación digital en docentes de la carrera de administración de una universidad privada en Lima, 2021

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general como la diversidad
generacional influye significativamente en la educación digital en docentes de la
carrera de Administración de una universidad privada de Lima, 2021
El estudio tuvo enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, explicativo; la
población estuvo conformada por 146 docentes y el tamaño de la muestra estuvo
compuesto por 106 docentes, siendo la elección de la misma de modo
probabilístico. En cuanto a la recolección de la información, para recabar datos se
utilizaron dos instrumentos que consta de 29 ítems cada una con una escala tipo
Likert, respectivamente.
Entre los principales resultados se tiene que, en cuanto a la percepción diversidad
generacional el nivel alto tiene del 88.7% de los encuestados. Respecto a la
educación digital con un 91.5% de nivel alto, según la percepción de los docentes.
Además, del resultado de la tabla de bondad de ajuste, se evidencia la desvianza,
con un sig=1.00>0.05, con lo que se comprueba el buen ajuste de los datos a la
regresión logística. Adicionalmente, en la tabla estimación de parámetros se
comprueba un wald 4,379 y un sig=0.036<0.05, lo cual hace significativa la
influencia con un valor medio.
Respecto a la prueba de hipótesis, mediante pseudo R cuadrado, presenta la
dependencia porcentual de diversidad generacional y educación digital en docentes
de la carrera de Administración. Además, se tiene un coeficiente de Nagelkerke, de
variabilidad de educación digital depende el 82.9% de la diversidad generacional,
por tanto, la conclusión es que la diversidad generacional influye significativamente
en la educación digital en los docentes de la carrera de Administración de la
universidad en estudio.
