Gryllus assimilis para la minimización de los residuos sólidos orgánicos en el distrito de Lamay - Calca, Cusco 2021

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la minimización de los residuos
orgánicos empleando el Gryllus assimilis (grillos), en el distrito de Lamay - Calca,
Cusco. Para ello se utilizó 4500 g de residuos orgánicos distribuidos en tres
diferentes ensayos de tratamiento orgánico (frutas y verduras, residuos de
alimentos y la mezcla de residuos orgánicos) los cuales incluían 15 repeticiones de
100 g y 200 grillos para cada tratamiento y repetición. Los resultados mostraron que
la minimización para el primer tratamiento fue de 183 g; para el segundo 187 g y
para el tercero de 182 g. Así mismo se halló que la minimización por los grillos fue
de 828 g de residuos orgánicos, equivalente al 18% del total de la muestra. A partir
de los resultados, se sugiere que el uso de un número mayor de grillos incrementa
el porcentaje de minimización de residuos orgánicos. Finalmente, se desprende que
esta metodología es un aporte al tratamiento de los residuos orgánicos cuya
replicabilidad es accesible a aquellas zonas en abundancia de grillos con la
posibilidad de escalar este método aprovechando los residuos orgánicos.
