Estrategias metodológicas y comprensión lectora en niños de 5 años de educación inicial, Ica – 2023

La investigación incide en una etapa crucial en el desarrollo de los niños, donde se
forman las bases de la comprensión lectora y la capacidad de los niños para
procesar información, desarrollar habilidades críticas de pensamiento y fomentar
un amor duradero por la lectura. El objetivo fue establecer el grado de relación
entre las estrategias metodológicas y la comprensión lectora en niños de escuelas
rurales de Ica. Se utilizó metodología cuantitativa, descriptiva y correlacional. La
muestra fueron 60 padres de familia y 60 niños de educación inicial. Se aplicó un
cuestionario a los padres de familia y una ficha a los niños para valorar su nivel de
comprensión lectora. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados mediante juicio de tres
expertos y confiabilizados mediante prueba estadística Alpha de cronbach. Los
resultados determinaron que el 63% los padres de familia consideran que se
aplican las estrategias metodológicas a un nivel alto. Respecto al nivel de
comprensión se ha determinado que el 60% de los niños tienen un nivel alto de
comprensión lectora. Se concluyó que las estrategias metodológicas están
relacionadas con la comprensión lectora a un valor de 0.732 (Rho Spearman) .
