Este trabajo de tesis se realizó con el objetivo de conocer cómo se relacionan
las estrategias de aprendizaje con la comprensión lectora de los alumnos del
primer y segundo año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Pública N° 3087
"Carlos Cueto Fernandini” del distrito de Los Olivos. Lima.
La población total de alumnos fue de 1 321; de los cuales se extrajo la muestra
constituida por 300 alumnos, de ambos sexos, que oscilaban entre los 11 y 15
años de edad. Para la recolección de datos de ambas variables se utilizó la
encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, con preguntas cerradas que fue
aplicado en un ambiente cómodo, afectivo y anónimo.Los instrumentos de
validación fueron: ACRA (Escalas de estrategias de aprendizaje) de los autores
José María Román y Sagrario Gallego Rico. Y las pruebas de ACL en la
Evaluación de la Comprensión Lectora de Gloria Catalá, Mireia Catalá y Rosa
Monclús. Los método de análisis e interpretación de datos se utilizó el software
estadístico SPSS opción17 , la confiabilidad de los instrumentos de escala para
ambas variables fue Alfa Combrach y para comprobar la relación entre las
variables se utilizó la Relación de Pearson (coeficiente de correlación de Pearson)
La conclusión fue la relación directa entre las estrategias de aprendizaje y la
comprensión lectora en los alumnos de la LE. N° 3087; a un mayor nivel de
estrategias de Aprendizaje se percibe una mejora en la Comprensión Lectora y a
una menor estrategia de aprendizaje, una baja comprensión lectora.
