Competencias digitales en el uso de Microsoft Teams en docentes del Circuito C06-11 Santo Domingo. Ecuador, 2022

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la
influencia que tienen las competencias digitales en el uso de la plataforma
Microsoft Teams por parte de los docentes del circuito C06_11 de la ciudad de
Santo Domingo. Ecuador, 2022. Para este efecto se han considerado las bases
conceptuales de cada una de las temáticas que forman parte del objeto de
estudio.
Esta investigación plantea un diseño no experimental, de tipo aplicada, de
nivel explicativo, de método hipotético-deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo,
correlacional causal, en virtud de que se utilizan recursos estadísticos en el
análisis de los datos obtenidos. 160 docentes integraron la población, con una
muestra no probabilística estratificada con 114 docentes, a quienes se les
aplicaron dos cuestionarios validados por expertos y con respuestas definidas en
la escala ordinal de Likert, previo establecimiento del grado de confiabilidad por
medio del coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach, de 0,897 para competencias digitales
y de 0,898 para la variable uso de Teams.
Se aplicó la prueba de regresión logística ordinal, cuyos resultados
responden al p-valor = 0,000 < 0,05, lo que probó que la variable uso de Microsoft
Teams fue explicada por el modelo Pseudo R2 de Cox y Snell de 85,7 % y de
Nagelkerke de 85,7 %, concluyendo que las competencias digitales inciden
significativamente en el uso de la plataforma Microsoft Teams por parte de los
docentes del circuito C06_11 de Santo Domingo. Ecuador, 2022.
