Modelo de software educativo, con enfoque conectivista, para fortalecer la didáctica virtual en docentes de una universidad de Quevedo

La didáctica del docente en los últimos años ha tenido que incorporar distintos tipos
de software educativos, que evidentemente han aumentado su uso, lo que dificulta
seleccionar e integrar softwares heterogéneos y llevarlos a un nivel de
interoperabilidad digital. En las universidades pese a contar con cursos sobre
manejo de plataformas y herramientas digitales, no existe una dinámica entre las
aplicaciones educativas, la didáctica del docente, y las necesidades de aprendizaje
del estudiante. La investigación que se efectúa es de carácter propositivo, por lo
que se considera como muestra a docentes universitarios; se ha construido un
instrumento de evaluación debidamente validado para aplicar el pretest y post test.
La propuesta consiste en una Capacitación en Interoperabilidad Digital a docentes
universitarios, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar competencias en interoperabilidad digital
de software educativo heterogéneo, mediante la teoría conectivista, para fortalecer
la didáctica. La estructura de la propuesta consiste en cuatro fases, que son:
Análisis preliminar, Capacitación, Desarrollo de software educativo e
Implementación. Como resultados de la propuesta, se tiene la identificación del
deficiente manejo de competencias sobre interoperabilidad y por ende en software
educativo personalizado, las etapas de la propuesta se desarrollan en base al
aporte de los postulados de Siemens y los modelos de desarrollo de software
educativo. Se cumplió el diseño y desarrollo de las etapas de la propuesta. La
dinámica entre la etapa 2 de capacitación y la etapa 3 de desarrollo, dan como un
producto un software educativo interoperable que será aplicado en los procesos de
enseñanza.
