Entornos virtuales de aprendizaje y satisfacción académica en estudiantes de contabilidad de un Instituto Público de Lima, año 2021

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre
entornos virtuales y satisfacción académica en estudiantes de contabilidad de un
Instituto Público de Lima, año 2021. La metodología fue de tipo básica, con enfoque
cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal. Con población
de 70 estudiantes, se usó muestreo no probabilístico intencional conveniente,
técnica de la encuesta y cuestionario con escala tipo Likert. La validez del
instrumento fue aplicada al 100%; y la confiabilidad de los instrumentos para la
primera variable tuvo como coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach 0,789, y para la segunda
variable resultó 0,687, mostrando así alta confiabilidad. El índice de correlación de
Spearman 0.579, mostró correlación positiva considerable. El valor obtenido para
el p-valor en ambos casos es menor que 0.05, permitiendo aceptar la hipótesis
alterna. Respecto al nivel de uso de entornos virtuales, el 40,0% de estudiantes
tuvo un nivel bajo, el 24,3% medio y el 35,7% alto. En el nivel de la satisfacción
académica, el 38,6% tuvo un nivel bajo, el 17,1% medio y el 44,3% alto. Entonces,
se puede afirmar “Existe relación significativa entre entornos virtuales de
aprendizaje y satisfacción académica en estudiantes de contabilidad de un Instituto
Público de Lima, año 2021”.
